How do I make a purchase?
To make a purchase you need to register as a buyer. You will then be able to purchase products by adding to your shopping cart. At present all payments are made through Paypal.
What happens after making a purchase?
After you've paid for an ad, article or photo you will be sent an e-mail with an invoice and details of your purchase.
Who am I paying for my purchase?
Irish Media Store provides the process for you to pay for your purchase, then the publisher or content provider is sent the payment minus the administration charges of 3.5% and commission if applicable.
Can I get a refund if there’s a problem with my ad?
If you have a problem with the ad after it runs, then you will need to contact the publisher. Irish Media Store is only involved in the transaction and does not offer refunds after an ad has been published.
How will I know who to contact for my ad?
Contact information will be provided to you after you successfully pay for your ad.
Can a publisher refuse my ad?
A publisher may refuse any ad purchased through Irish Media Store. Because we pay the publisher immediately after the transaction is finalised, you will need to contact the publisher to request a refund.
How does Irish Media Store provide this service for free?
Irish Media Store charges publishers a commission on ad sales, which is lower than what they usually pay their sales people. The commission does not affect advertisers. You are only charged the amount stated in the offer.
Are prices listed including VAT?
Yes, the price listed is the total amount to pay for any of the products.
